We are currently looking for a full-time School Social Worker to join our team and provide support to students within a therapeutic day setting near Grayslake, IL for the 2024-25 school year. Job Responsibilities Conduct Assessments : Evaluate students' needs through formal assessments and develop appropriate action plans. Advocate for Students : Act as a liaison between the student, school, and community resources to ensure students’ rights and needs are met. Promote a Positive School Climate : Foster an inclusive and supportive school environment that promotes the well-being of all students. Collaborate with Teachers and Staff : Work with educators and school personnel to identify and support at-risk students. Maintain Confidential Records : Keep detailed and confidential records of student interactions, progress, and interventions.
