What You’ll Do: Conduct Assessments: Evaluate students’ needs and develop personalized intervention plans. Advocate for Students: Be the vital link between students, schools, and community resources to ensure their needs are met. Foster a Positive Climate: Promote inclusivity and emotional well-being within the school environment. Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers to identify and support at-risk students. Maintain Confidentiality: Keep accurate and confidential records of student progress and interventions.
