Competitive Pay: Earn $18.00 - $19.00 per hour , with an additional $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and weekend shifts. Available Shifts: 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. (+$1.50 Shift Differential) Key Responsibilities: Load and Unload Parts: Handle various-sized parts with care and precision. Masking and Plugging: Prepare parts by masking areas that need protection. Powder Coating: Apply powder coatings to parts, ensuring even coverage and quality. Inspect and Package: Check finished parts for defects and prepare them for safe shipment. Labeling and Identification: Properly tag and identify parts to maintain organization. Job Skills and Qualifications: Experience Required: Previous experience in powder coat painting is essential. Reliability: Strong time management skills and punctuality are a must. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive outlook.
