Skills in defining business requirements, conducting fit gap analysis, and collaborating with clients and consultants to finalize requirements. Hands-on experience in configuring Success Factors Recruiting Management, Marketing, and Onboarding solutions, including job profile integration and custom data collection. Experienced in integrating Success Factors modules with Employee Central and third-party applications for recruitment processes and background checks. Nice to have: French speak proficiency. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
