Salesforce Deployment Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Deployment Specialist to join their team and them build a new Center of Excellence in Hamilton, NJ.Summary:We are looking for a passionate, innovative Salesforce Deployment / DevOps Specialist to help us take our industry-leading solutions to the next level. This company is the leader in Enterprise Quality Management, and we are growing! As a Salesforce Deployment Specialist, you will collaborate closely with agile development teams and professional services to develop CI/CD and deployment life-cycle strategies aligning to test and validation qualifications as an ISV in the Life Sciences.REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or equivalent track record and related coursework Typical relevant experience 7+ years Scrum/Agile Product Development exposure Experience with SF Agile Accelerator or other agile tracking tools (i.e., JIRA, etc.) Salesforce Certification for Development Thorough understanding of Salesforce best practices in an Agile development life-cycle and achieving max efficiency via CI/CD (i.e. Salesforce DX) Thorough understanding of the SF meta-data API Experience building CI pipelines for development and QA in Developer sandboxes, QA sandboxes and Large Data Volume (LDV) orgs Experience with building a life cycle strategy for complex applications consisting of several dependent managed packages and extension packages Develop and execute effective deployment strategies for various situations (i.e., new customer orgs, existing customer orgs, use of SF Trialforce Source Orgs, etc.) Experience with the Salesforce License Management Application (LMA) and Feature Management Application (FMA) and best practices for integrating and management enablement Experience with configuration and data migration tools when going between Salesforce orgs (i.e. Ant Migration Tool, Gearset, Force.com IDE, Change Sets, etc.) Experience integrating migration tools with SCM systems such as Git Experience with Salesforce tooling to manipulate changes in Manage Package content between releasesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
