Position Summary: We're seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead in-field sales training and performance management across our Chicago franchises, helping us achieve Top Performer status in 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. This senior role oversees field-based trainers, crew leaders, and truck team members (TTMs), with a key focus on developing and implementing sales programs across the franchise. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role is critical in creating a high-performance culture, ensuring engagement with our Learning Management System (LMS), and driving success metrics. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement BUOY6 sales program, focusing on skill development and training standardization across the franchise. Drive high engagement with the LMS and oversee role practice sessions, ensuring certification standards are met. Conduct in-field audits to maintain sales standards, provide direct coaching, and identify growth opportunities. Mentor and develop sales leaders, empowering trainers to lead effective in-field training and skill enhancement sessions. Manage metric performance, lead group sales seminars, and facilitate strategic meetings with franchise leaders on training progress and improvement areas. Education & Experience: Education: Post-secondary education preferred but not mandatory 3+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record in team development and performance management Success in achieving or surpassing sales targets Experience coaching and developing sales managers and trainers Skills: Strong strategic leadership, Google Suite and LMS proficiency preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
