We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Longwood office. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the appropriate solutions. Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required. About Us: Gallagher Promotional Products provides promotional materials and advertising specialties to businesses that include automotive dealers, schools, churches, real estate agencies, associations, marketing agencies and retail stores. Our products range from industry-specific items for the automotive industry to products like flags, balloons, banners, and signs used by any business. In addition, there are more than 600,000 advertising specialty products available that can enhance our client's brand identity. Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus commission (no limit) Benefits: Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Matching 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (no weekends or overtime)
