We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and commission structure.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and cold calling- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our products and services to potential clients- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate records- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote the company's products and services. Qualify prospects thoroughly.- Continually attend and complete training on a regular basis.Skills/Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationIf you are a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!
