Our Equipment Sales Associate interacts with our customers, in person, online, and over the phone to help guide their purchase. Our Sales Associates respond to leads in a timely fashion, answer questions, provide information and help guide customers effectively from initial phone/ internet contact through the completion of their in-store experience. The focus is to provide an exceptional customer experience with outstanding communication and listening skills. The Sales Associate will help Zimmerer Kubota customers select their perfect equipment and negotiate contract terms that ensures their financing options align with lifestyles, budgets, and expectations. Our sales consultants provide an exceptional customer experience, both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.Must have computer skills and ability to navigate Microsoft Office as well as CRM system. Preferred but not required: Equipment experience Sales experience, prospecting experience Finance experience Salary reflect OTE earnings, position is base plus commission. M-F 7:30 AM - 5PMRotating Saturday 7:30 AM - Noon
