As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families, helping them understand the importance of insurance coverage and guiding them towards the best solution for their needs. You will be responsible for prospecting and generating new leads, conducting client consultations, and presenting insurance options. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients. Responsibilities Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various channelsConduct client consultations to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable recommendationsPrepare and present insurance options to clients in a clear and compelling mannerMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the company's CRM systemFollow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questionsCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team cultureContinuously develop and enhance product knowledge to stay informed about industry trends and market changes Requirements Must be 18+ (This is a FEDERAL REQUIREMENT)Must pass a criminal background check (No Felonies) Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsGoal-oriented mindset and a strong desire to succeedSelf-motivated with a high level of initiativeProficient computer skills, including the use of CRM softwareAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Residual income, stock opportunities, & tax advantages available 1099 Independent Sales Contractor Position
