Job Description: As a Sales Representative focused on cold calling, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential prospects, introduce our services, and secure meetings for our sales team. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to generate leads and set meetings with potential clients. Effectively communicate the value of our services and tailor your pitch to the prospect's needs. Maintain and update the CRM system with prospect information and call outcomes. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled meetings. Meet or exceed monthly meeting-setting goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or telemarketing (cold calling experience is a plus). Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Self-disciplined with a strong work ethic and time management skills.
