Benefits: • Company Car & Gas Card• Phone• Computer• Medical• Dental• Vision• Paid Vacation/Sick Time• 401(k)• Various discounts on travel/entertainment/wellness/gym membership, etc. Responsibilities: • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services• Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead-generating activities goals to ensure future business• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information• Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends• Grow and maintain customer relationships• Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours)• Company sales meetings• Follow all company outside sales representative duties• Set appointments• Sales talk and objection handler mastery• Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel• Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves• Follow the business plan• Client lunches and events• Door to door B2B sales• Cold calling• Build client relationships Qualifications: • Should have working knowledge of a CRM• You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience• We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma• 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience• Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines• Proven track record in sales• Great communication• A high school diploma is required, and some industry or product knowledge preferred• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills• 21 years of age or older• Goal oriented• Self-starter• Good first impression with people• Teamwork experience• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 Salary & commissions About Company: Our team of experts provides services for hazardous materials, including asbestos, lead, mold, and bacteria, just to name a few.
