YOUR ROLE: As our Outside Sales Project Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled service to homeowners across the Twin Cities. Your typical duties will include: Field Visits: Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners, typically 2-4 visits per day, to provide top-notch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. Prospecting & Follow-Ups: Balance your time between in-office/phone prospecting and customer follow-ups. Customer Service: Drive a company-provided vehicle (with a gas card) to ensure exceptional service for our valued customers. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams, including technicians, warehouse staff, customer service, and dispatch. Master Negotiator: Perfect the art of objection handling and negotiation. WHO YOU ARE: Driven & Passionate: You have a money-hungry attitude and a passion for building lasting relationships. Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. Flexible: Able to work day shifts Monday-Friday, with the flexibility for longer hours and on-call rotations (1-2 weekends per month). Organized & Communicative: Highly organized with exceptional follow-through, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
