Serve as the America's Liaison to the Global Sales Enablement Team. Manage Biweekly Sales Lunch and Learn Program by finding SME's to cover: Product Updates, Sales Training, Win stories and other adhoc trainings as needed Own Sales onboarding for the Americas region including keeping content up to date, coordinating global programming, and checking in with both new hires and managers on a monthly basis for the first three months of employment to review material and ensure they have all the tools and resources to succeed Meet with America's Sales Leadership regularly to obtain feedback on training and enablement needs on a regular basis Work closely with Global Sales Enablement to coordinate Altify Trainings for all new quota carrying reps Work closely with the Sales Admins to coordinate and facilitate all Monthly Test and Improve sessions Work with Sales Reps and leaders to complete and publish Ring the Bell win notifications and other sales related communications as needed Coordinating/assisting in preparing the agenda and decks for regional and Mgt QBRs Other Ad Hoc administrative tasks Qualifications (Our Ideal Candidate Has) :Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. :2+ years professional experience :Strong work ethic, desire to exceed goals and achieve results; motivated, disciplined and driven:Self:starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role :Ability to listen, earn trust, persuade and confidently communicate:High energy, enthusiastic and engaging personality. :Excellent written and verbal communication skills:Strong organizational, time management and follow:up skills :Ability to multi:task and prioritize activities in a fast:paced, dynamic environment:Ability to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies :Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored s :Previous experience in a sales position in a sales environment a plus CultureWe have an open:minded culture and many exciting projects where you have the freedom to "be your best you".
