In trading, it specializes in a variety of commodities such as Chemicals, Steel, Fashion, Textile, Semiconductors, Petrochemical, Renewable Energy.[Job Summary][Job Description]Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Manage customers, suppliers, other partners and overall business activities; customer’s requests and requirement by controlling sourcing, inventory, logistics, etc.- Managing activities related to trading between different regions and Investigate optimal shipping options and coordinate with vendors- Shipping documentation handling and revising, Custom clearance compatible with state, federal and international regulations, Various payment processes (merchandise, freight, duty, etc.)- Purchase/Sales data input to ERP(SAP) system- Customer credit, AR and Inventory management- Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager[Qualifications]- Looking for 3 years or more experience in Sales Operation & Logistics- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers and follow up on request accordingly- High level of accuracy & Attention to detail- Dependable, Responsible, Capable of Problem Solving. (customer & vendor disputes, claims, etc.)- Bilingual in English & Korean (conversational)- Cost consciousness- Contributes to profits and revenue.- Fully onsite work in Office M-F 9-5 Powered by JazzHR
