Job Summary - Identifying target prospects followed by a well-defined follow-through plan to aggressively close new business - Initiating discussions with prospects - Building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives - Responding to new sales opportunities (from existing contacts or generated sales leads) - Understanding client needs, industry trends and develop winning proposals through consultative solutioning - Prospect and qualify new sales leads - Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects - Track all sales activities in the company CRM system - Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects - Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and clients - Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort Skills and competencies • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • Excellent interpersonal skills • Highly self-motivated • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Working knowledge of CRM systems but training will be provided • Highly computer literate, preferably with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel. • High attention to detail. • Efficient, fast-working and quick thinking. Due to the current restrictions; you’d be required to work remotely possibility through the end of the year.
