Overview: ColourPop is looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator, who will play a critical role supporting key aspects of our day-to-day business operations. This position will work cross-functionally with several departments within the organization, and requires strong project management and executional abilities. This position will be based in the Oxnard HQ 3-4 days per week. What you’ll do: Lead creation of Retailer.com product pages – working with cross-functional teams to upload item setup information and images to retailer portals Coordinate shipping of white structures to visual merchandising vendors, samples to retail teams for photoshoots Manage sends for Social & Influencer teams (coordination of products and shipping labels) Pick, pack, and ship content for special sends for marketing activations Manage monthly reporting of shipping and COGS expenses Manage bundle creation for web team Manage Confluence calendar to accurately reflect launch dates Lead product review sampling + syndication process with Yotpo and Power Reviews Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years administrative, marketing or wholesale experience in a corporate setting Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams Detail oriented with strong organizational ability Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Trouble shoot issues and recommend solutions and process improvements Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Hybrid in Oxnard 3-4 days/week The annual salary range for this position is $50k-$55kDOE. This is a non-exempt position and will be eligible for OT pay.
