Sales Manager - Roofing Restoration Company Company: United Trades of America Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Salary: Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 Bonus Structure: $20,000 - $40,000 Position Overview: United Trades of America is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for a Roofing Restoration Company. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales and team management. This role is crucial in driving our sales team's performance and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals through effective leadership and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a sales team of 6 to 10 sales representatives. Develop and implement KPIs for sales personnel to ensure goal attainment. Conduct one-on-one meetings with sales team members to provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback. Participate actively in the field, working alongside sales personnel to understand market challenges and opportunities. Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements: Proven sales experience, particularly in a managerial role. Experience in the roofing or construction industry is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to undergo drug and background screening.
