[Position]Sales Manager (Crop Protection)[About Our Client]Leading company of South Korea's agricultural industry.[Job Description]- Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans- Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, latest news, and trends to cultivate and maintain positive business relationships- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion- Consistently collect and analyze market data to aid efforts in business development- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms & agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities.- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective follow through on sales process- Other duties as assigned such as regular weekly reporting and meeting summary reports- role requires 25-35% of business travel.[Qualifications]- Must have work authorization in U.S.A.- At least Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business or marketing related major preferred- More than 3-5 years’ experience in on-field sales in agriculture industry (Crop Protection must require) - Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work efficiently & effectively- Relationship management and networking skills are a must- Ability to handle multiple tasks and hand in regular reports in timely manner- Strong Teamwork & Collaboration skills- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systemsOnsite work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ , Or Fully Remote Powered by JazzHR
