We need the right people to help us achieve this goal and as such are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive. You will provide a first-class sales service to our customers, selling the plots and advising them through every step of this exciting experience. Your role will be to convert enquiries and expressions of interest into sales. You will achieve this by being the expert when it comes to advising on house types, specifications and buying procedures; ultimately ensuring timely completions. You will keep accurate and timely records in relation to sales status, forecast dates, sales progression notes and audit trail information. More about you We need people who match our energy, were fired up and ready to grow. To succeed here you will be ambitious, hardworking & energetic. Internal development is big on our agenda, so if you are looking for progression this could be the role for you. To be successful in this role you will need strong communication skills, you should understand what great customer service looks and feels like and have an empathy for our customers.
