DiSabatino Landscaping Pronto Pools division is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative - Pool Sales to join our team. If you have a talent for relationship-building and a keen eye for design, this role could be the perfect fit! Compensation: • Competitive base salary of $100,000, plus commission for exceeding sales goals.• Paid Time Off (PTO).• Comprehensive benefits package available after 60 days.• Bonus opportunities for outstanding performance. Responsibilities:• Engage and connect with potential clients to uncover their outdoor living goals.• Conduct on-site consultations, providing expert advice that aligns with the client’s vision.• Collaborate with our design team to develop customized pool designs tailored to each client’s needs and budget.• Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and timelines, to ensure transparency.• Follow up on leads promptly, maintaining clear, responsive communication throughout the sales process.• Work closely with project managers to ensure customer expectations are met from start to finish.• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications:• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in outdoor living, construction, or a related field.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.• Salesforce CRM experience is a plus but not required.• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to meeting and exceeding sales targets.• Familiarity with pool designs, materials, and construction processes is advantageous.• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
