Responsibilities:• Identify and engage potential clients using various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, emails, and social media platforms.• Attend online and in-person events such as trade shows, client meetings, and sales trainings to foster client connections and explore new business opportunities.• Research and analyze competitor activities to inform strategies for reaching new customers.• Partner with sales management to achieve company-wide objectives and individual performance targets.• Leverage social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to identify prospects and build lasting client relationships.• Consistently follow up with leads, tracking and maintaining detailed communication logs in CRM systems.• Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss progress, strategy adjustments, and growth opportunities.• Assist in developing marketing materials and sales collateral that support lead generation efforts. Qualifications:• Proven experience using CRM software as part of the sales or lead generation process.• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.• Prior experience in customer service or sales is strongly desired.• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple prospects and leads efficiently.• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to clients both virtually and in person.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though not required.• Motivated by hitting measurable targets and providing top-tier service to clients and teammates.• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
