We’re dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships on behalf of our clients. We’re passionate about problem-solving and ensuring our clients and their customers receive support that’s timely, helpful, and knowledgeable. As an Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the enrollment process. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, a passion for service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure. Responsibilities Utilize leads provided to engage with prospective customers on behalf of our clients Facilitate and execute sales presentations, tailored to individual customer needs Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update account information Collaborate with fellow team members with the goal of consistently improving our results for our clients Assist with customer concerns and work to find resolutions Participate in continued training opportunities in order to stay up to date on our clients products and services Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus Familiarity with customer support tools is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth within our team Supportive team environment and access to training resources Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance #Li-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
