Position: Sales Consultant As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect products for their homes, ensuring a great experience from start to finish. By combining product knowledge with personalized service, you’ll transform leads into loyal clients and help us maintain our high standards. Key Responsibilities Become a Product Expert : Gain a deep understanding of our products to provide tailored solutions for each customer. Drive Sales Success : Use your sales skills to exceed customer expectations, close deals, and contribute to overall sales goals. Prepare Estimates : Accurately create job quotes and track opportunities in our CRM. Expand Your Network : Build strong relationships in the residential construction industry to grow your client base. Collaborate Across Teams : Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for each customer. Set and Achieve Goals : Track and meet sales objectives, contributing to our company's growth. Commit to Learning : Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product innovations and industry trends. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years in retail sales. Construction industry or interior design experience is a plus! Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Ability to work at least two Saturdays a month (with additional compensation or time off). Strong communication, attention to detail, and effective time management skills. What We Offer Compensation : Competitive base salary ($45,000 - $55,000) plus commission. Bonuses : Referral and holiday bonuses. Benefits : Medical, dental, vision insurance, and company-paid life insurance. Paid Time Off after 90 days. 401(k) with company match.
