StretchLab is seeking an entry level Sales Associate to help with sales activities for a health & fitness boutique studio on Spartanburg’s East side. This is a part time role and provides an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated sales-oriented individual to not only help grow a modern studio, but also create a positive environment for the clients.The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about both health/fitness and sales. We're really looking for someone with high energy and a "let's do it" attitude. Problem solving skills and a creative personality are a plus.This role is mostly sales related. Lots of phone calls, creating a pleasant environment for our clients, and if you're good at social media, you can help with that too! REQUIREMENTS: Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work some evenings (not all) and at least one weekend day we're only open 3 evenings a week, and weekends are only until 2pm Sales experience preferred but not necessary and does NOT need to have been in the fitness industry Energy, energy, energy - upbeat and positive personality Confidence to work independently or collaborate with Sales Manager Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, in social media, and via email/text An affinity and passion for fitness is extremely helpful Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information Proficiency with computers DUTIES: Manage the phones and front desk duties Apply sales process to schedule prospects into Intro appointments Manage studio schedule to meet the needs of current clientele and future sales opportunities Sell studio retail/products to clients Participate in Grass Roots Marketing events Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio Follow StretchLab policies and procedures COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: This position offers a base salary with bonuses & commission - the harder you work and the better you are at your duties, the more you get paid! We want to reward your efforts and skills!! $10/hr base rate Bonus paid on new visits booked Commission paid on membership sales and retail 10-15 hrs/week More may be available depending on front desk coverage needs and grass roots marketing events Complimentary 4x25 Membership included with employment Opportunity for growth within the company if desired Powered by JazzHR
