Sales and Payroll Administrator Lowestoft, Full Time Hales Group are seeking an experienced Sales and Payroll Administrator to join our Branch in Lowestoft on a full time basis. The role performs a crucial role in the branch, providing ongoing support to aid branch development, a professional first point of contact to all clients and candidates, all administrative support to the branch team and ensuring accurate and relevant records are kept at all times. Day to Day responsibilities will include: Answer all incoming calls, take accurate messages and book appointments as required for the branch staff Pre: screen candidates via telephone or in person, according to branch guidelines and assisting with any pre: employment processes, including via telephone and face to face Ensure all candidates are appropriately registered and that their files are complaint in line with Company guidelines and our legal obligations in relation to ensuring Eligibility to Work in the UK and identification. Input of weekly payroll information onto the payroll system, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy as well as adherence to the weekly deadlines Entering data accurately on the CRM system, generating documentation via the system General administrative support including but not limited to typing of correspondence, maintaining branch costs including petty cash, maintaining accurate, efficient filing systems and archives, maintaining adequate stationary stocks and a tidy and inviting reception area The successful applicant will: Have experience in an administrative support role for a fast: paced, commercial organisation Have worked within a regulated sector and/or proven experience of working within strict compliance guidelines Hold a minimum of GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language and a professional qualification in Business Administration (at level 3 or above) Hold effective interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively.
