Salary is $65,000 - $75,000/year plus incentive rewards based on quarterly goals. - Credit for experience will be given. How you will make an impact: Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe is looking for a New Development Sales and Marketing Community Manager. The New Development Sales and Community Marketing Manager is responsible for pre-leasing sales and marketing efforts to drive occupancy for a new community under development. Working within the framework of Vista Prairie Communities' values-Caring, Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, and Stewardship-this role focuses on building interest through strategic marketing, personal outreach, and community partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing interest lists, managing early commitments, and nurturing relationships with depositors to maintain their enthusiasm as the opening date approaches. Strong sales and leasing skills are essential to smoothly guide prospective residents from initial contact to deposit and move-in. Together we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents! Schedule: This is a Full-time salaried position. M-F with day-time hours. What you will need: 2+ years' experience in hospitality, health care, senior housing, customer service, or sales required. High School education or equivalent required 2+ years' experience in sales and marketing required. Experience comparable to marketing for a 160 unit new development in senior living preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats Comfortable using computers and confident with Microsoft Suite.
