We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to work in a fast-paced family-owned business. We care about producing quality food for our community and are in search of individuals who want to be part of our Team. In addition to our Delco famous chips and pico, we make sandwiches, soups and salads in house. We are known for our outstanding beer and wine selections. We are located on 320 in Delaware County and get a great group of customers from the local community. Check out our website: www.the320marketcafe.com Available Shifts: 7 am to 3 pm and 12 am to 8 pm. Must be available at least one weekend day. Part Time currently available but with full time possible after proven acumen. Starting wage $13 to $16/hour. Pooled tips of ~$4 to $6/hr after 90 day probationary period. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Build fresh salads in retail packaging per given recipes and guides. Build fresh "city" bowls to order based on standard specs. Assemble core bowls for retail display. Makes all prep associated with the product, including dressing and condiments, according to given recipes and daily pars. Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges. Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Answer, report, and follow GM/KM instructions.
