Safety Specialist Purpose: As a Safety Specialist you will monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance to laws and regulations related to applicable licensing ratios, codes, and specifications. Responsibilities: Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, licensing ratios, building codes, or specifications. Interpret all applicable state, city, or municipality regulations related to licensing and ratio regulations, and ensure adherence to those regulations. Provide a daily report to leadership around licensing compliance. Travel to construction sites. Qualifications: General knowledge of construction materials related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. General knowledge of licensing requirements related to the mechanical trades and associated regulations and ratios. Highly organized. Ability to implement solutions and guidance to maintain compliance. 4+ years of experience as law enforcement, construction inspector, code enforcement, or trade license management preferred Willingness to obtain journeyman or master plumbing license *Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
