Responsibilities:A hotel rooms controller is responsible for:• Managing a hotel's guest room inventory, coordinating room assignments based on guest requests and availability• Ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue by strategically blocking rooms• Acting as a liaison between the front desk, housekeeping• Other departments to guarantee smooth guest check-in and check-out processes Qualifications:• Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff • Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in room assignments and guest information • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly About Company: Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel simplifies travel in Towson, MD.
