As a roofing foreman, you will be responsible to: Meet and beat daily goals for production. Coach your team to win and reach your daily goals. Keep your team Safe!! Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. To be successful, you will need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing. Proven ability to lead. Strong understanding of TPO and EPDM roofing systems and materials. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Commitment to safety and a focus on accident prevention. Here's the skinny on the pay and benefits. As a full Roofing Foreman pay ranges from $35.00 - $45.00 per hour plus bonuses, with a company vehicle and gas card. After short waiting periods - you will become eligible for the following benefits. Waiting periods will be determined by the date of hire and employment regulations, many start at 90 days.
