A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN) to oversee the care management team and ensure quality care delivery for members. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations and escalations related to care management for members and providers Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations and assign caseloads based on team experience and member needs Provide coaching and guidance to the care management team and assist with onboarding and training new members Required Qualifications Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree 4+ years of related experience in care management Current RN licensure in California Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to care management
