Travel Nurse Source is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Germantown, Tennessee, 38138 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room Holding Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience required; 3 years preferred. Must have stepdown and/or medical-surgical experience. License: Active RN license or compact license required Certifications: Must include vaccination status in the submission packet. Must plan for certification renewals if they will expire during the assignment. Must-Have: - Stepdown experience - Medical-surgical experience - At least one completed previous travel assignment - Cerner experience preferred Job Description: - Primarily responsible for Emergency Department Holding, with the requirement to float as needed. - Maintain a patient ratio of 1:6/7. - Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed. - Willingness to work holidays; if three holidays fall during the assignment, work two out of three.
