Travel Nurse Source is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Keene, New Hampshire, 03431 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: OR - Scrub/Circulate Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts; flexibility required for occasional evening shifts Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required License: New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Scrub and circulate skills checklists - Experience across multiple surgical specialties - Epic experience - Personal vehicle for transportation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to stressful situations Job Description: - Participate in a variety of surgical procedures including endocrine, breast, oncologic, gastrointestinal, colon, rectal, and hepatobiliary surgeries, using both open and laparoscopic techniques. - Flexibility to work on either Christmas or New Year’s Eve/Day with the adjacent weekend. - Complete mandatory de-escalation training through CPI, AVADE, or MOAB by the start date. - Attend orientation sessions in December or January as per schedule. - Handle weekday on-call responsibilities from 3:30pm to 7:00pm, approximately 1 in every 5-6 days. - Weekend on-call responsibilities from Friday 3:30pm to Monday morning 7:00am, about once every 5-6 weeks. - Requested time off for the duration of the assignment must be submitted and verified in advance, with no more than 5 days of time off. Please note, local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. De-escalation training must be completed prior to or by the start of the assignment date. Traveler must have their own vehicle.
