Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunities in Medical Surgical Units Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) across various specialized units, including Renal, Rehab, General Surgery, Joint and Spine, Oncology, and Behavioral Health. Utilize your specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to provide exceptional care, embracing our model that fosters ongoing partnerships between patients, families, and healthcare providers. What You'll Do: Comprehensive Care: Conduct holistic assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and educational aspects, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient. Collaborative Planning: Work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement a multidisciplinary care plan, ensuring measurable goals and prioritized needs. Evidence-Based Practice: Provide high-quality care based on assessed needs, adhering to hospital policies and evidence-based standards. Continuous Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of care and adjust plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes. We're Looking For: Education: Nurses with an AD, Diploma, or BSN (BSN required within 5 years of hire if after January 2010). MSN or DNP a plus. Experience: Open to new graduates, with specialized knowledge or skills in providing culturally specific patient care. Licensure: Current Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS (within 6 months of hire in specific units). Why Join Us?
