Travel Nurse Source is working with Infojini Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Show Low, Arizona, 85901 Pay Information $1,929 per week About The Position ID: 51613070 Shift: 12 H Nights 12 hr Nights Description: Unit Notes:- 24 beds - Med Surg with Tele capability on all beds- Adults and Peds, but travelers do not take peds - these are assigned to perm staff- 2 years of experience required - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required- PALS preferred- Shifts: 12 hours - 36 hour guarantee with 3 cancellations- EMR: Sunrise Allscripts- Support staff on unit: Tele techs, charge nurse, HUCs and PCTs- Nurse to patient ratios: 1:5 days; 1:6 nights; 1:4 peds -also based on level of acuity- Nurse managers don't provide patient care, but they do rounds- Float to all MS units and ICU (taking MS overflow patients)- Hospitalist in house 24/7- No IV team- Resp Therapist 24/7- Pharmacy 24/7- Scrub color: any color except all black- Scrubs not provided Cancellation Policy:3 per 13 weeks Charting - Sunrise BSN License to Trauma Level:3 Care Shift Notes:12 hr Nights Required , BLS, NIHSS Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Weeks:91 26099883 EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding Competency Exam Core Mandatory Exam Self Assessment (Skills Checklist) 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Advocating for patients becomes more nuanced when dealing with diverse populations.
