Travel Nurse Source is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Kokomo, Indiana, 46901 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: [Not specified] Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Ascension Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: - Experience in caring for laboring and postpartum patients as well as neonates. Job Description: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients, postpartum patients, and neonates. - Work in a Level II Obstetrics and Level II Special Care Nursery. - Manage care in facilities consisting of 8 labor beds, 12 postpartum beds, and 4 special care nursery beds. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and safe patient care. - Monitor and interpret fetal monitoring data accurately. - Maintain up-to-date clinical skills and knowledge in obstetric and neonatal care. - Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
