Travel Nurse Source is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Chicago, Illinois, 60612 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Interventional Radiology, Pain Management Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (15:30 - 12:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS Must-Have: - Proof of COVID-19 vaccination - Mandatory floating between departments as required - Compliance with facility’s floating policy up to 50 miles Job Description: - Applicants must submit a cover sheet, resume, primary source verification, and skills checklist. - Staff are required to wear protective lead attire as necessary. - Weekend shifts and on-call duty are included. - No holiday shifts, except for on-call responsibilities. - Expectation to float assignments within Radiology and Pain Management departments. - This is a mandatory float facility; all resources are required to float at the facility’s discretion. - Limited RTO: maximum of 5 days with no more than 2 consecutive days. - RTO not allowed on the day before or after a holiday, nor on weekends. - Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required 1 week prior to the start date. - Local personnel living within 75 miles of the facility are considered local. - Block scheduling is not permitted. - Orientation consists of 24 hours.
