Key Responsibilities Provide remote patient care, coaching, and education using digital communication tools Conduct telephone triage for patients with acute symptoms and guide them through changing medical therapies Act as the liaison between patients and healthcare providers, clinics, and pharmacies Required Qualifications Current active Registered Nurse license in a compact state 2+ years of clinical experience in a specialty practice or acute care setting Bachelor's or equivalent degree required High-speed home internet access Quiet home office space, free of distractions
