Excellent EAP provider. And more! Working in the ED providing assistance to the Primary RN. In this role, you will be taking direction from the ED RN completing triage or other ED tasks during the shift. When assigned as the Triage nurse, triage will be done in a timely manner using the five levels of triage to coordinate patient care in accordance to best practices and standards of care. When the ED is not busy and does not require two RNs you will be expected to assist in other areas of the hospital providing assistance where needed or at the direction of the Charge Nurse. At all times you are to be respectful and provide professional nursing care for all patients. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington ACLS Certified PALS Certified and PERS required. TNCC Certified Healthcare Provider CPR Previous ED experiences preferred Triage skills Ability to work independently as well as with a team Ability to be flexible and to work well under pressure Sound Verbal and written communication skills Sound nursing knowledge and assessment skills EPIC EMR experience preferred Does this sound like you?
