Travel Nurse Source is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Richmond, Virginia, 23225 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Department Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Strong candidates will have prior experience in emergency department settings. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Flexibility in handling diverse patient conditions. Job Description: - Work in a dynamic emergency department with 50 cardiac monitored beds and an 8 Rapid Treatment Area. - Join a supportive team comprising 120 staff members, including CN, RNs, EDTs, and Medics. - Night Shift personnel include CN and 20 RNs, working with EDTs and Medics. - Maintain patient ratios of 4:1 and utilize GE cardiac monitoring equipment. - EMR system: Meditech. - Preferred certifications include TNCC and ENPC. - Participate in typical emergency department procedures. - Cultivate a positive, teamwork-oriented environment with a flexible mindset. - No floating required. - Dress Code: Navy scrubs. - Availability for weekend shifts is required.
