Responsibilities : The ideal candidate will display compassion, education, and proficiency while providing assessments, nursing visits, oversight of care plans, and medication management on the South Shore and Cape Cod, MA. Requirements: Registered Nurse, active and in good standing, in the state of Massachusetts Case Management experience preferred Home Care experience preferred Able to maintain detailed and proper documentation Travel within the South Shore and Cape areas of MA Excellent communication skills Job Types: Part-time and Per Diem opportunities Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour or Per Visit Rates Job Location: In patients' private homes or facilities.
