Travel Nurse Source is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in New York City, New York, 10004 About The Position Job Title: Care Manager Job Specialty: Emergency Department (ED) Job Duration: 9 months Shift: Day - 5x7.5, 9am - 5pm Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Two to three years of clinical experience in a certified home health agency, Lombardi program, and/or managed long-term care or managed acute program. Five years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Leadership experience preferred. License: RN licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. Certifications: PRI and Screen certification required within three months of employment. Certification in Case Management preferred.
