Home Health Nurse (RN Case Manager) $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME RN CASE MANAGERS Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Russellvile seeking a full-time RN Case Manager to join our esteemed team. As an RN Case Manager with Care IV, you will enjoy a professional and supportive environment that fosters flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships. Requirements: Registered Nurses (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Experience with home health nursing and OASIS is preferred; however, we will consider candidates with ICU, ER, med/surg, or related experience. A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
