This position provides vital analytical support and guidance in strategic company decision-making to maximize revenue of the Portfolio. What You Will Do Assists in developing and driving the strategy to achieve revenue goals, and collaborates with community team members to ensure they understand goals and updates teams regularly Monitors pre-leasing rates and market competitors, and ensures communities are meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals Reviews floor plan leasing velocity daily and identifies opportunities for rate increases and/or adjustments Contributes to the creation and implementation of rate strategies for assigned portfolio Lead bi-weekly pricing calls with key members of the Operations team Submit weekly updates to Director, Sales and Revenue outlining rate increases/adjustments for each community within assigned portfolio Create monthly and quarterly reports in collaboration with Sales Managers and distribute to key stakeholders Collaborate with Technology to elevate reporting within CoreIO for internal and external purposes Work with Operations, Asset Management, ownership and other key internal stakeholders to meet deadlines for internal and external reporting. Occasional travel may be necessary as needed Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation Ideally, you'll have Bachelor's Degree preferred Knowledge of and experience with real estate fundamentals 5 years of professional experience in real estate. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Works well independently and as a member of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Committed to excellence and high standards. Demonstrates utmost level of integrity in all instances, and shows respect towards others. Willingness and ability to travel, paid by the company.
