OverviewRevenue Cycle Manager - Outpatient ClinicSignet Health is actively hiring an experienced individual to handle the responsibilities as an Revenue Cycle Manager - Outpatient Clinic at our program with Trinity Health Hospital in Minot, North Dakota. The Revenue Cycle Manager - Outpatient Clinic will handle the financial/accounting aspects of the clinic including budgeting, billing, accounting reporting, as examples. Signet Health is offering a generous compensation and benefits package for this position.Requirements/QualificationsQualifications: * Bachelor's degree in related field such as business, finance, or healthcare management. * Three (3) years healthcare management experience in a physician practice setting. * Financial experience - budgeting, accounting reporting systems / software, billing, financial analysis, and revenue cycle. Excel and / or similar database reporting is a plus. * Knowledge of practice disciplines. * Knowledge of clinical workflows, patient experience, and human resources.Other Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Leadership / management experience. * Advanced problem solving, critical thinking skills and adaptability to manage crisis. * Proficient computer skills. Hospital/Program DescriptionTrinity Health, Minot ND is a nonprofit, integrated healthcare system serving northwest/central North Dakota and Eastern Montana. With a tertiary care hospital in Minot, Trinity Health has more than 40 specialties, several rural health clinics, and a long-term care facility.April 1922, representatives from Churches across the territory gathered to organize the Trinity Hospital Association. $60,000 was raised and building for a 30-bed hospital started. Since then, Trinity Health has grown and was the first hospital in North Dakota to recruit and employ its own physicians.
