Job position description: The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience. Have knowledge of retirement industry products and services. Be able to provide prompt, accurate and courteous response to customers. Display Active listening and superior customer service skills for both internal and external customers. Solve routine and complex problems. Adhere to work schedule.
