***PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH SUPPLEMENTS, NATURAL PRODUCTS OR HOLISTIC WELLNESS***Job Description: Retail Store Team Lead -Supplement Specialist Location: Nuts ‘n Berries Brookhaven Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Nuts ‘n Berries Neighborhood Market. This role is critical in managing inventory, ensuring that all orders are received, checked-in, and placed on the shelves in a timely manner. The Team Lead will also oversee price tags, backstock areas, and work with other team members to restock the store daily. Additionally, the Team Lead will manage special orders and function as a team lead on the sales floor, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. Key Responsibilities: Receive, check-in, and process all orders against purchase orders in a timely manner. Organize and maintain inventory on shelves, ensuring products are placed in the correct locations. Monitor and update price tags throughout the store, prioritizing price changes as needed. Oversee cooler, freezer, and shelf stable backstock areas, keeping them organized at all times. Coordinate daily restocking efforts with the team to ensure the store is consistently well-stocked. Manage the special order process, including placing orders, updating the POS system, and overseeing staff members responsible for this process. Function as a team lead on the sales floor, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and working towards monthly sales goals. Assist with customer service, providing exceptional support and resolving any issues that may arise. Communicate any concerns, issues, or feedback to the General Manager or Owner as needed. Qualifications: Must have working knowledge of supplements and natural products and be willing to learn. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems Knowledge of inventory management best practices Ability to lift and move merchandise, typically up to 50 pounds Powered by JazzHR
