Execute store operation in alignment with the overall business strategy of the Titan Company. To effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of a store. Duties also include providing exceptional customer service, order fulfillment, Commercial compliance, inventory management, and ensuring merchandise is delivered. We are willing to train the right person for the job. *Compensation commensurate with experience.Education: Graduate Relevant Experience: 8- 10 years in the Jewelry sector with 4-5 years in a position of similar responsibility Sales/ Retail experience Stakeholder Management Strong analytical & mathematical skills Computer literate with knowledge in latest accounting / commercial packages and MS-Excel Sales: Retail Operations Ensure roll out of the promotions/incentives in the store as per the defined timelines with coordination from the retail operations and finance teams Provide inputs to the Branch Manager and retail operations teams in developing specific promotions/incentives for potential seasonal improvement in sales Commercial: Store-level Commercial Compliance Verify store-level transactions periodically to ensure zero deviation from the defined procedureAudit store inventory, regularly conduct physical stock verification (PSV), report missing inventory & initiate suitable actionsTake a daily count of SKUs to tally system generated report with the inputs provided by store staffEnsure revenue is booked as per the defined procedure Ensure customer verification is done as per defined procedure with the help of proper identification.Handle critical customer complaints related to commercial compliance and close all pending cases as quickly as possible.Ensure 100% adherence to OCG (Operations and Commercial Guidelines ) Audit in Store
