Be part of a winning team Ron Jon Surf Shop Key West, FL is currently seeking a full time Retail Shift Manager This role works front line sales setting the example for our team displaying good salesmanship and positive customer interactions, helps manage the sales floor, back of house functions and acts as fill in store management.Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.This position requires strong communication skills, work ethic and leadership skills.A positive and professional demeanor is required.
